Tomalo Taqueria is seeking a highly motivated cashier to join our team.
Hola from Tomalo! We are currently hiring a cashier for Tomalo Grill's sister concept Tomalo Taqueria. The ideal candidate is a creative and energetic candidate who s our passion for Mexican cuisine and culture. Our ideal candidate can convey that passion to guests through storytelling, service, hospitality and ease. We believe in creating a team that embodies and practices honest and thoughtfulmunication. We place a great emphasis on the idea ofmunity. We serve the south end of the Rainey St. Tomalo Taqueria is open 3 days a week from 8:00AM - 12:00PM.
What we ask:
Ability to be a self-starter and follow clear and concise directions
Work clean andanized at all times
Ability to work for at least 8 hours of active service
Desire to work as a team and learn everyday
A sense of curiosity for Mexican culture and culinary practices
An ability to receive constructive feedback from management and co-workers
Detail-oriented,anized and capable of multitasking
Maintain food, beverage and service standards
Open availability, and reliable transportation to and from work
Commitment to maintaining a culture of support to the rest of the team
Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred
Bilingual is a plus
