Hotel 1000 is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sous Chef for our outlets, All Water and Rosebay. This role will be responsible for supervising the line, managing shifts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and catering services. If you have a passion for food preparation, excellent customer service skills, and experience in kitchen management, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff members in the culinary department
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services
- Ensurepliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with shift management and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management
- Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services
