Poindexter Coffee and Wine

We re looking for a part-time barista to join our team in the University District. Poindexter is located inside the Graduate Seattle Hotel at 45th and Brooklyn a bright caf with a focus on great coffee, natural wine, and intentional hospitality.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that includes:

Opening and closing the caf

Preparing drinks and sandwiches (including using a TurboChef oven)

Keeping the caf clean, stocked, and weing

Supporting event programming and brand activations

Providing warm, generous service to a diverse guest base

Who We re Hoping to Meet

You re someone who moves with integrity, curiosity, and care. You have experience in coffee, an interest in natural wine, and a willingness to engage across tasks whether it s pulling shots, merchandising shelves, or connecting with guests. We value professionalism, unpretentious warmth, and a collaborative spirit.

Compensation and Details

$20.76/hour plus tips (average tips currently around $9/hour)
