Rosetta Hall is seeking a Pastry Cook! We are a food hall with multiple outlets all run by one culinary team. We are a dynamic venue in the heart of Boulder with a robust bar program, large indoor dining room and popular rooftop patio. This is a well-paid job in an environment that promotes personal growth. Responsibilities:
Ensures excellent product quality.
Provide friendly, professional & weing customer service.
Completing all opening & closing checklists.
Knowledgeable of all menu items and familiarizes themself with the recipe book.
Maintainsanization behind the stall and back prep area.
Other duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of relevant pastry experience.
Able to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
Must have open and flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
Able to follow written and verbal directions and recipes.
