Catering Company / Restaurant in Greater Eastside looking to add to our professional Pastry Team

Likely Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00am start or earlier

Experience in high end catering or luxury hotels

Experience as lead Pastry Cook

Experience emphasis on laminated doughs and plated desserts

Great attention to detail and creativity

Organizing and leadership skills

Commitment to professional growth and continuing education

In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition

Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless, vegan etc.)

Preferred to have certificate in culinary arts, pastry, baking (but not required)
