FT Line Cook $35+ an hour including tips. Benefits available.

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to assist running our kitchen. The Line Cook will work closely with our small BOH team in running the line during service. We are a well established, casual dining restaurant in Seattle with a passion for providing top quality dishes to our guests every day. We are open 6 days a week for lunch, happy hour and dinner. Must have availability to close. Must have the openness to work in all BOH roles when needed, including washing dishes.

Must Haves:

2+ Years high volume kitchen experience

Able to work on feet for 8+ hours

Able to work and with a team andmunicate clearly

Able to inspire and motivate the team throughout service, keeping morale high, and giving respect

Communicate effectively and calmly in the midst of a busy service

A current Food Handlers Card
