Cabin Service Agent (Aircraft Cabin Cleaner)- Responsible for comprehensive cleaning of aircraft interiors, and galley stocking per aircraft specifications.

Skills required to join the Team:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check

Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and 10 year work history.

Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation

Language Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively in the English language

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals and employee handbooks.

Ability to effectively present information , including in written form and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers and public.

Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Cleaning and servicing of aircrafts interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys and lavatories.

Helps prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys and lavatories.

Checking, handling, assembling, removing and installing passenger service cabin furnishing and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris marks and fingerprints.

Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)

Provide technical guidance, interpret policies, procedures and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks

Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients and regulatory authorities
