The Front Desk / Receptionist is a vital role that impacts and supports many departments and functions. This position requires high energy and a strong ability to multi-task while still being able to complete daily responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities:

Handles phone calls and office guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintains a clean and orderly front office and common areas to create a welcoming environment for visitors and home office crewmembers.

Ensures mail and supplies to restaurants are sent on time, maintaining accurate records and tracking.

Manages timely crew award distribution, coordinating with relevant departments to recognize achievements.

Feeds the fish in the three tanks and maintains their food supply with Reef Systems, ensuring their well-being.

Orders and sources the best pricing on office supplies, monitors inventory levels, and restocks as needed.

Responsible for online gift cards and handles any questions or concerns from guests, providing exceptional hospitality and guest service.

Performs ad hoc assignments as needed by different departments, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist.

Prepares weekly totes, ensuring accurate content and distribution according to organizational needs.

Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Other Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., 5-10 is typical

Ability to carry up to 120 feet

Ability to move through 24-inch aisles and spaces as small as 12 inches

Ability to travel to restaurants as needed
