T s nothing quite like a bartender who knows how to set a tone someone who can read the room, hold it down, and make every guest feel like they belong.

At The End, we re a small, intimate cocktail bar tucked into the Historic Oregon Theater on SE Division. We re not a venue. We re not a scene. We re a neighborhood bar with soul a space built on warm lighting, thoughtful drinks, and the kind of hospitality that keeps peopleing back.

We re looking for someone special to join our small, tight-knit crew.

This role is for someone who:

Must have a minimum of 2 years craft cocktail experience

Must be confident working solo late-night shifts

Must hustle from open to close this is a hands-on, high-energy position

Must be available to cover shifts occasionally we take care of each other

Must be available to start immediately

Must have a current OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handler s Card

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (kegs, ice, etc.)

Must be present, inquisitive, grounded, and people-savvy

Must bring a strong, calm presence to the bar you're the vibe, the pace, and the wee

Bonus points if you re fun, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely love this industry. We re to serve great drinks, sure but also to create a space that feels like home for our neighborhood.
