At the Nearby Bar we pride ourselves on offering a unique experience to every guest who walks into our bar. Outside of specific events, we run without a menu and still strive to get everyone exactly what they want but they didn't know they needed. With a large highly-curated back bar and 60-100 housemade ingredients at your disposal, every drink is an opportunity to showcase your talents. Team members all contribute equally to ingredient production and are highly encouraged to get weird with it. Our space and team is quite small so collaborative minds who work tidily are ideal. We are looking for someone to join us who loves a good project, has solid spirits knowledge, and is hungry to learn and experiment. Candy Corn Malort? Sounds evil, make it. Champagne Vinegar Gold Beet Shrub? My favorite vegetable, sign me up! Durian infused Orange bitters? I already vomited, and I want more.
