Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Food Runner / Barback / Busser to be an essential part of our late-night team during our busiest times. Your goal is to maintain a smooth flow on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. You will provide key support during peak hours and remain after close (2:30a.m.) to assist with all closing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Run food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
Support bartenders by restocking supplies, changing kegs, and assisting with service as needed
Clear, wipe, and reset tables to ensure a clean environment throughout the night
Bus glassware and dishes and return them to the kitchen/bar promptly
Complete closing tasks after the bar closes, including detailed cleaning, trash removal, andanizing supplies for the next day
Work with the team to create a cohesive, efficient flow during the bar s busiest periods
Maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced, late-night environment
Ideal Candidate
Must have a current Food Handler s Card (Oregon Food Handler Certificate)
Must have a valid OLCC Permit (Oregon Alcohol Service Permit)
Experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting is preferred, but not required
Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wver needed
Reliable, punctual, andfortable working late-night shifts
Strongmunication skills; able to coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and servers
Able to stay focused and energetic during busy hours and late-night closing
Values cleanliness, takes pride in supporting a weing andanized atmosp
