Job Description

As a Server, you will be the face of Carabao, delivering warm hospitality and exceptional service while guiding guests through a rich and authentic Filipino dining experience. Your role is crucial in creating memorable moments, from making menu recommendations to ensuring each guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests.

Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and insights into Filipino cuisine and beverage pairings.

Accurately take orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.

Ensure prompt food and beverage service while maintaining high service standards.

Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, enjoyable dining experience.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.

Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and uphold the restaurants hospitality standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a server in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant preferred.

Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about Filipino cuisine and culture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
