Part-Time Janitor (Troy MI) Evening Shifts

We are seeking a dependable Janitor to join our team in Troy, MI. This is a part-time position perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Schedule:
Evening shifts from 6:00PM to approximately 9:3010:00PM.
Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean restrooms, including sinks, toilets and floors.
Disinfect surfaces and restock cleaning supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards.
Occasionally perform deep cleaning tasks, such as floor waxing, carpet shampooing, or similar intensive cleaning projects.

Requirements:
Must be reliable and punctual.
Ability to lift and move moderate-weight objects (up to 25lbs.).
Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide appropriate documentation (I9 verification). We participate in EVerify to confirm employment eligibility.

Location: Troy, Michigan.
Compensation: Hourly rate between $17$19 per hour, depending on experience.
