Your Role:

Lead our coffee program with consistency and aloha

Train and support new and existing baristas

Maintain equipment and uphold high drink standards

Collaborate with the Cafe Manager to refine operations

Create a warm, inclusive energy on the floor

Embody and champion our mission of inclusion and care
