About the Role: Cook
As a Cook, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at The Summit of Bettendorf
As a Cook, you will:
- Create Delicious Meals: Prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes daily using chef-approved recipes that highlight your culinary skills.
- Work Alongside Culinary Leaders: Collaborate with Chefs and Food & Beverage Directors while gaining hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
- Support Specialized Diets: Help craft meals that meet modified diet plans, making a real difference in guests' health and satisfaction.
- Maintain High Standards: Monitor food quality, manage portions, and act quickly to ensure every plate meets our service excellence.
- Practice Smart & Clean Cooking: Follow proper sanitation and waste control practices, contributing to a safe, efficient, and sustainable kitchen.

Qualifications:
- Culinary education preferred
- Minimum one year cooking experience
- Experience with quantity cooking and modified diet preferred
