Your role as a RECEPTIONIST As the first face our clients see as they walk through our doors, you are responsible for greeting everyone in a professional and welcoming manner. You will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls on a multi-line phone system. You will also ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable at all times. Candidates with escrow assisting experience will have an added advantage. Effective communication skills are crucial for this role as you'll be assisting title department teams in preparing documents, scanning policies, and other office-related tasks. There is room for advancement within the company if you prove yourself as a hard, dedicated worker, who is a self-starter and learns quickly.
