We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and self-motivated Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Roseland office. This role is ideal for someone with a warm personality who enjoys helping others and knows how to stay productive during slower periods.

You will support three separate office locations by answering incoming calls (low call volume), greeting clients, and handling light administrative tasks such as email monitoring, scheduling meetings, and envelope stuffing.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in all visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy

Answer and direct incoming calls for three office locations (minimal volume)

Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and office calendar

Monitor shared email inbox and respond or forward messages as needed

Assist with administrative tasks including stuffing envelopes and filing

Keep the front desk and lobby area neat, organized, and presentable

Provide general support to the office staff as needed

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Personable and professional with excellent phone etiquette

Proactive and able to stay on task during slower periods

Highly organized with attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and email platforms

Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow in a professional environment

Education:
