JOB SUMMARY : Performs various house cleaning and custodial duties. (Please note Keytronic is relocating from Fayetteville, AR to Lowell, AR before the end of September. This role will support Fayetteville until relocation to the new building)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)
- Setup duties and schedules to provide adequate cleaning and maintenance of all restrooms, conference rooms, office, exercise room and cafeteria.
- Coordinate trash removal based on factory work schedule.
- Interact with Manufacturing Manager to schedule strip/wax of production area.
- Support cardboard, paper, plastics, e-waste and other recycling programs.
- Basic office area housekeeping efforts.
- Support other janitorial/housekeeping projects as required.
- Inspects work performed to insure adherence to scheduling and conformance to job requirements.
- Tracks and reports progress to management against established scheduling/goals.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Follow all ESD policies and procedures
- Follow all ISO procedures within the engineering department
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to achieve corporate and departmental objectives

SUPERVISION GIVEN/RECEIVED
This position reports to assigned supervisor and manager. This position does not have any manager or supervisor responsibilities.
QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must have a high school education or equivalent; and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- One to three years related experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk, hear, and see. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or reach with hands and arms. The environment is fast-paced; time pressured, and requires accuracy. The employee will regularly multi-task between projects, be required to move throughout the office building, and effectively communicate. The normal environment is quiet and typical of an open cubical setting with some areas that may be louder at times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places, is exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals; and works in outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
