Barback - HMF

The Barback at HMF will work closely with Bartenders to support them in providing efficient service to customers. This role involves tasks such as replacing kegs, restocking glasses, and maintaining a clean dining environment during shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers.
- Replace kegs and restock inventory as needed.
- Ensure bar area and dining space are kept clean and organized.
- Handle glassware and utensils appropriately.
- Collaborate with the bar and waitstaff to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a barback or similar support role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of beverage service and bar operations.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from Bartenders and management.
