* Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and utilizing our POS system efficiently.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining proper table etiquette and presentation.
* Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations.
* Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any concerns with grace and professionalism, resolving issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Maintain a pristine dining area, including table settings, glassware, and silverware.
* Process payments accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of [ 3-5 years] of proven experience as a waiter in a fine dining establishment.
* In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and an appreciation for authentic flavors.
