**Duties include:**

Preparing and serving quality breakfast and lunch items from a flat top grill

Following food safety, cleaning, and sanitation protocols

Maintaining cafe equipment, workstations, and inventory supplies

Providing excellent customer service in a team-driven environment

Assisting with inventory, temperature logs, and cross-training in other areas

**Requirements:**

Previous kitchen experience

Strong cooking skills, flat top grill experience a plus

Must attend ServeSafe class
