Job Title: Outdoor Janitorial Worker
Schedule: Monday through Friday- 5AM to 1PM - 40 Hours
Location: Tampa

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual for a full-time outdoor janitorial position. This role requires working in varying weather conditionsincluding heat, rain, and humidityand involves physical labor including lifting, carrying, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities: MUST SPEAK ENGLISH

Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas such as sidewalks, entrances, loading docks, and parking lots

Collect and dispose of trash and debris from outdoor receptacles and common areas

Perform pressure washing, sweeping, and light landscaping tasks as needed

Clean exterior windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces

Assist with setup and breakdown for outdoor events or deliveries

Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE while on duty

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, etc.)

Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience in janitorial or maintenance preferred but not required

Physical Demands:

Frequent walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Standing for extended periods of time

Exposure to various weather elements daily
