Maintain and Operate Site Mechanical Systems and Water Treatment Systems Maintain manufacturing environments including, but not limited to: temperature, pressure, flows, humidity, particle counts, within alarm parameters Operate physical plants within specifications to maintain efficiency and provide consistent utilities to manufacturing Systematically troubleshoot system/equipment problems to identify the root cause of the problem and arrive at an effective solution Effectively prioritize system and equipment problems Analyze equipment data and determine appropriate action Adjust equipment parameters, and/or starts or stops equipment to maximize equipment efficiency within established specifications Operate the FMCS (Facility Management Control System) monitoring system Perform the start-up or shutdown of equipment with focus on preventing impact to Manufacturing Proactive in reducing incidents of personal injury, safety hazards, or environmental releases Maintain active involvement in safety discussions, training and promotion of safe work practices Author, review, and update procedures Address FMS work orders and assigned PMs in a timely manner Generate FMS work orders for other groups and monitor work progress to completion Participate in reviewing of Job Plans associated with PM program and asset information Participate as a member on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams and site engineers to drive system improvements Contribute to off-shift coverage when needed to maintain adequate staffing Accurately communicate and document actions in FMS, Engineering Pass-downs (MPD) and all other forms of communication Ability to work in the presence of rotating and moving equipment, pressurized systems, multiple chemicals and gasses, and from heights including ladders, scaffolding or man lifts Flexibility to work occasional weekends, evenings, or on-call shifts as needed Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets and PowerPoint 2+ years of industrial equipment experience in facility maintenance or industrial setting CCST Certification Understanding of semiconductor equipment and processes Experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting
