Experienced Cleaner Rental Property Turnarounds (Flexible Schedule)

We Do Laundry is a growing Tulsa-based company offering laundry and short-term rental cleaning services. We are currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented cleaners to perform cleaning turnarounds for Airbnb and VRBO-style rental properties.

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to high standards weekends and same-day assignments are often required.

Responsibilities:

Perform full cleaning turnarounds between guest stays, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas

Change linens, make beds, and restock basic supplies as needed

Report property condition and any damages or inventory issues

Ensure all work meets company cleanliness and presentation standards

Communicate with operations team regarding scheduling and job completion

Requirements:

1+ year of professional cleaning experience (rental/Airbnb preferred)

Reliable transportation and a smartphone

Availability on weekends and during daytime hours

Ability to work independently and follow a checklist

Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Preferred:

Experience with short-term rental turnovers

Basic knowledge of laundering linens and towels

Willingness to travel within the Tulsa area

Pay: Competitive per-job rate depending on size of unit and scope of service
Schedule: Flexible, but weekend availability is required
