OverviewWelcome guests to the dining room and provides fast and courteous service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet guests in a prompt manner, seat guests and issue menus.
- Assist the restaurant operation by processing take-out orders, answering the room service phone and placing orders, and assist servers with beverage orders, check drops and the bussing and setting of tables.
- Ensure alcohol awareness procedures are in place and notify supervisor of any guest incidents.
- Completes opening and closing side-work consistent with property expectations.
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications
- Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Thorough knowledge of menus.
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $19.18/Hr. - $19.18/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
