Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking to bring on a front desk team member. Our office provides excellent customer service and high quality care for general and cosmetic dentistry. We are in search of someone who can provide attentive, concierge service to our clients, anticipating their needs to make sure they have an amazing experience.

We are a different type of dental office. We treat our patients like family members and are looking for someone to be the warm and welcoming face of the office. This is a full time position that requires 32- 40 in-person hours per week.
You would be responsible for:

New patient onboarding success
New patient conversion
In-person experience and flow
Proper oversight of payments and collections
Presentation and acceptance of mandatory and elective treatment
Office ambiance and personalized hospitality efforts
