Mop floors at day's end and clean serving areas. Empty trashcans and break down boxes. Start laundry load of dishrags and towels before leaving each day. Some kitchen appliance maintenance such as de-liming the dishwasher. Assist kitchen staff with food prep including filling to-go meal containers, cold bags and hot food trays and other duties as assigned. Stock food boxes and supplies in storeroom. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Be available to help with special events if needed.
