Sea Containers London is looking for a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our iconic hotel.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out smoothly and efficiently

Provide accurate information about the hotel, services, and local area

Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Manage reservations and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional stay for every guest

Salary: 27,753 + service charge
