Schedule: M-F

What will you do in your role?

Maintain professional relationships with employees, guests and vendors

Ship and receive mail, packages and deliveries

Assist with New Hire Orientation

Book and schedule nationwide travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals, meeting spaces) for employees and guests.

Maintain up-to-date travel databases and contact information.

Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects

Maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures

Attend Monthly Meetings

Prepare coffee each morning and throughout the day; wipe down counters and ensure teas, sugars, and supplies are replenished.

Maintain an accurate inventory of coffee and supplies; place orders as needed.

Check kitchen for cleanliness, wiping down stoves, counters, and cleaning microwaves.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of conference rooms, family room, game room, quiet room, and other employee areas.

Check bathrooms for cleanliness and adequate supplies; replenish as necessary.

Blow debris off patios and wipe down tables and chairs.

Sustain confidentiality

Qualifications:

Competency in PC required for Outlook/E-mail and MS Office (Excel, Word)

Willingness to learn and take on new projects, responsibilities and tasks

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Strong attention to detail
