Reports to: Showroom Manager

The Role

Lumens is seeking a Showroom Concierge to join our San Francisco team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design and interiors-whether you're a student pursuing a degree in a creative field or a professional looking to contribute to a dynamic, design-forward environment.

As the first point of contact for all visitors, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping the showroom running smoothly behind the scenes. From greeting design professionals to supporting our sales team with administrative tasks, you'll wear many hats and help ensure the showroom reflects the quality and care our customers expect.

What You'll Do

Welcome clients, designers, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring showroom environment.

Provide general information about our product collections and brand philosophy.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, data entry, and project follow-up.

Manage the showroom calendar and assist with coordinating events or vendor visits.

Keep samples, brochures, and marketing materials stocked and presented beautifully.

Help with light office and facilities management, such as ordering supplies and coordinating with cleaning or maintenance vendors.

Set up and break down showroom events and assist with seasonal merchandising updates.

Who You Are

Passionate about design, interiors, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Comfortable balancing client-facing moments with behind-the-scenes operational tasks.

Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.

A natural communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and open to learning showroom systems.

Able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds.

Available Monday-Friday for consistent 4-hour shifts, with occasional flexibility for after-hours events.
