As a host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they enter the restaurant. Your main duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements. Free staff meals provided during working hours. ____

Hourly Pay: from $15 to $18

Job Description:

EMei Restaurant is seeking a friendly and experienced host to greet and welcome our guests. As a host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they enter the restaurant. Your main duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations through OpenTable software
• Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
• Answer guest inquiries and provide general information about the restaurant
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure optimal service

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar host position is preferred
• Familiarity with OpenTable software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
