Job Description

To maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by insuring quick, accurate, efficient, and professional service.

Responsibilities

Must have complete knowledge of service time, menu, and specials

Prepare, deliver and service orders while following Omni standards

Always inquire if additional service is needed

Responsible for method of payment for each check entered using MICROS point of sale

Complete all side duties as assigned both opening and closing

Maintain presentation of display case and keep cooler restocked; minimize breakage

Attend designated staff meetings and training sessions

Prepares requisition for following day and communicates needs to chef and purchasing

Responsible for pre-bussing dirty dishes from tables and marinating cleanliness of Caf, pool swimming area, and terrace; responsible for setup of tables in caf and terrace

Responsible for keys and GM card ensuring keys are returned as associate leaves for day

Responsible for walking fitness center every half hour that rooftop caf is open

Maintain presentation of Gym and Fitness Facilities and keep cooler stocked with cold towels, bottled water, and infused water.

Maintain Pool Deck and Chairs, including clean towels, chilled towels, infused water station.

Prepare and open the rooftop caf including lights, music, patio tables and chairs, umbrellas, pool deck chairs and umbrellas

Offer and promote guest spritzing, sunglass cleaning, and other assorted experience enhancers

Follow and maintain the Forbes Standards with all guest experience.

Qualifications

Enforcement and knowledge of local liquor laws

Must have alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certification

Must become winequest certified

Be able to ring up orders through micros

Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment preferred

Prior experience cashing handling preferred

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
