- Prepare and execute the best quality food with finesse and high attention to detail. /n
- Maintain a clean and professional environment. /n
- Ability to follow direction, show initiative and drive. /n
- Ability to maintain calm demeanor on the line. /n
- Ability to lead with kindness. /n
- Ability to perform independently and ensure high attention to detail with quality and style of food being executed. /n
Requirements:
/n/n- /n
- Must have a minimum of two years' as Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment. /n
- Must have high attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced exhibition kitchen environment with ability to work as a team. /n
- Must have the ability to execute large quantities of food while always maintaining the highest quality. /n
- Food Handler's certificate. /n
- Culinary education desired but not required. /n
