We are looking for a Specialist Housekeeping for our Mill Springs Lodge Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. We are seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort properties!

What will I be doing?
As a Specialist Housekeeping you would be responsible for:- Maintaining the cleanliness of the resort by using specialized equipment including auto floor scrubbers, buffers, electrostatic sprayers, burnishers, carpet extractors, encapsulator, steamer, etc.
- Repairing and maintaining all housekeeping carts, vacuums, and other equipment as needed.
- Cleaning and restoring hard floor and carpeted surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, waxing, extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, vacuuming.
- Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure a perfect environment for our guests and team members.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure all areas of the property are maintained to world-class standards.
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Experience as a Carpet Cleaning Technician or Pressure Washer Operator.
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machines. Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and complete tasks quickly without compromising quality.
- Capacity to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to delivering magnificent service.
- Other duties as assigned by leader.
