Job Title: Maintenance Worker I
Location: Swiftwater, PA
Duration: 06+ Months
Shift: 3rd Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Mon- thu)
Pay Range: $30/hr – $32/hr Must-Have Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma (Associate's in Mechanical/Trade preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years in industrial or process equipment maintenance
- Key Skills:
- Pump & Motor repair, rebuild, and replacement
- Electrical systems (including single phase)
- Boilers, Chilled Water Systems, Cooling Towers
- Preventive/Predictive Maintenance
- PLCs, VFDs, VAVs
- Reading schematics and blueprints
- Basic SAP usage
- Knowledge of JCI Metasys, steam systems, valves, and piping
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment across the site
- Perform daily preventive/predictive maintenance (GMP and non-GMP areas)
- Support utility equipment reliability and uptime
- Complete SAP work orders and training/SOPs
- Work as part of the site utilities maintenance team
- Ensure a safe work environment
