Afternoon Custodian -- LaBrae Local Schools

• Afternoon Custodian at Bascom Elementary School
• 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

REPORTS TO :

• Superintendent

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below.
• Documentation of a clear criminal record.
• Successful pre-employment drug screening.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES :

• Knowledge and skill in the utilization of equipment, materials and supplies commonly used in maintenance and custodial services.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, supervisor and the general public.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to follow directions and initiate routines.
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Be in good physical condition.

CONTRACT :

• 260 days, which includes 12 paid holidays.
• 8 hours per day.

SALARY:

• Placement based on experience.
• Range: $16.61 - $19.10 per hour.
