JOB DESCRIPTION

Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and callers. This role will provide administrative support by greeting guests, answering customer questions via phone and email, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

• Answer and direct phone calls to the right person or department.
• Greet visitors, determine their needs, and guide them appropriately.
• Respond to questions in person, by phone, or by email.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Enter and update date, maintain databases, and generate reports.
• Help with office tasks like filing, booking meeting rooms, and preparing documents.
• Keep track of office supplies and reorder when needed.

A combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

• Friendly and professional attitude when interacting with others.
• Clear communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and office equipment.
• Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Works well independently and makes sound decisions.
• Stays calm and uses good judgment in stressful situations.

Office setting with moderate noise levels.

• Able to sit for long periods.
• Must be able to speak clearly and interact with others.
• Able to use phones and office equipment.
• Regular attendance is essential.
