Janitor

Westminster Manor , a senior high-rise apartment building, located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida has a full time Janitor position available. This position is responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls; vacuuming, dusting, mopping and taking out trash. This position involves thorough cleaning of individual apartments in preparation for renting.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school education or equivalent and up to one month related experience or training. Working with older adults is desirable, preferably a minimum of 6 months.
