Part Time Black Drum Cook

As a Line Cook, you would be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver a memorable guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

• Read, prepare and present high quality recipes and dishes using fresh ingredients (i.e., meats, fish, vegetables, cheese etc.) through various preparation methods (i.e., bake, grill, steam, fry, mash, etc.).
• Prepare all mis en place for all relevant menus.
• Comply with hotel, city, count, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations / standards.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
• Being aware of department targets and goals and striving to achieve them as part of the culinary team.

This is a part-time, year-round position working at the new Black Drum Brewing located at the Kingston Resorts . Open availability to work 1st or 2nd shift schedule is required, including weekends and holidays.
