The Role:

Our Line Cooks are essential to our kitchen's success, responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a structured environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are always ready to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items by following recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment with proficiency and care.
  • Assist with inventory and stock management, ensuring ingredients are fresh and available.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure dishes are served promptly and to the highest standard.
  • Adapt to menu changes and work across various stations with flexibility and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong practical skills with the ability to quickly solve problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
  • Certification from a culinary school is a plus, but not required.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $22.00)
