Duties/Responsibilities: - Interacts with Team members, customers, andvendors using DYNE's core values. - Delivers UnparalleledHospitality to each customer that visits our cafe. - Preparesingredients for our food and smoothies. - Assembles and servesfresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe'sstandards. - Uses our sanitation practices to handle and preparefood. - Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations. -Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms,and any other areas in the cafe. - Follows the steps to operate theregister including taking customer orders, accurately handling cashand being responsible for the drawer. - Follows all safety andsecurity policies set by the brand. - Performs any additional tasksnecessary to run the cafe. Required Skills/Abilities: To performthis job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.
