As a Front Desk Agent , youll be the face of our hotel welcoming guests from around the world and helping to create unforgettable stays.

• Greet and check in guests with a warm, engaging personality

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues quickly with professionalism and care

• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, dining, shopping, and transportation

• Assist guests with sending/receiving mail and packages

• Be flexible and ready to support other guest service roles, including Shuttle Driver or Concierge Attendant, as needed

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• A passion for exceptional customer service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, outgoing approach

• Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn our Property Management System (PMS)

• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift and work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
