Custodian

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas within a condominium complex. Perform routine cleaning duties such as

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors.
• Dusting, polishing, and cleaning furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning walls, windows, mirrors, and partitions.
• Sanitizing and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances.
• Maintaining and replenishing restroom supplies.
• Emptying trash receptacles and recycling bins.
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, trash and storage rooms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Janitorial

When working in a Janitorial position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to clean, sanitize, and tidy varying workspaces including offices, warehouses, shopping centers or other locations.
• Safely operating mechanical or manual equipment including vacuums, waxers, mops, polishers, and other standard janitorial items.
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
