Full-Time Houseman Miami Beach, FL SOFLO Domestics - Miami Beach, FL, United States A private family is seeking a full-time houseman for their residence in Miami Beach. The household consists of a couple and their two children, with a large property that includes both a main house and a guest house. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interior housekeeping, light butler responsibilities, food and beverage service, and general household support. ideal candidate is professional, proactive and a team player. Work Schedule Regular Schedule: Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday OFF) - Must be flexible with shift times, including: - Daytime: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Weekends: typically 12:00 PM to close Travel Schedule: When the family travels, the schedule shifts to Monday to Friday Summer Schedule: The family resides in the Hamptons for three months during the summer. During this time, the schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Job Duties (include but are not limited to): Interior housekeeping: detailed cleaning of all areas including dusting, floor care, and organizing Laundry for the family, including washing, folding, ironing, and wardrobe care Making beds daily and performing evening turn-down service Attending to the daily needs of the principals and guests Assisting the chef with kitchen cleanup, and event support Providing food and beverage service during meals, parties, and gatherings (both casual and formal) Setting tables, serving meals and drinks Pet care: walking, feeding, and attending to the family dog Answering phones, greeting guests, taking messages, and receiving mail/packages Light driving, running errands, and fulfilling special requests as needed Other general houseman responsibilities as required Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a houseman in a high-end private residence Comfortable working collaboratively with household staff and vendors Food and beverage service skills Professional, proactive, and discreet demeanor Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $35/hour, (plus overtime pay) Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and annual bonus
