Brickhouse Restaurant & Bar Dishwasher Sign in to apply Roseau, MN Sign in to apply ```Duties``` - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition - Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars - Sweep or scrub floors - Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas - Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment ```Skills``` - Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures - Hospitality: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers and staff - Food preparation: Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations - Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment preferred - Ability to work as part of a team: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
