Housekeeper & Building Common Area Cleaner
Perform general cleaning activities for residential and commercial properties
Interior common area activities include vacuuming floors, stairways, lobbies, and hallways, dusting surfaces, mopping laundry rooms, hard floors, and entryways, disinfecting and wiping railings, windows, doors
Interior residential activities include kitchen (surfaces, cabinets, sink, oven, refrigerator), bathrooms (showers, sink, toilet, mirror, cabinets), bedrooms (furniture, bedding, windows, closets), and general cleaning within living quarters
Exterior common areas: remove debris from sidewalks, parking areas, grass/landscape areas, smoking areas, and pet areas
Perform routine inspections of buildings to document any deficiencies that need to be addressed by maintenance staff, such as ceiling tiles, lighting, and other building elements
Benefits:
Schedule is 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
10 days PTO, 9 Paid Holidays
After 90 days, eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits
After 1 year, eligible for Simple IRA retirement plan and company matching
Skills to be successful:
Embrace use of software technology to document cleaning activities
Ability to multi-task cleaning activities across interior and exterior common areas as well as interior residential units
Work within a collaborative team environment and often perform work independently
Organizational skills such as prioritizing a variety of work and cleaning activities
Ability to communicate effectively with a host of different types of personalities
Requirements & Qualifications
Driver's License & Reliable vehicle
Ability to lift materials greater than 25 pounds
Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and solutions throughout course of day
Pass ground Check & Pass Drug Test
