Position Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at Advanced Facilities. We are looking for a dedicated cleaner to provide cleaning of multiple offices/businesses in the Rochester, MN area. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas. Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness. Assist with periodic floor care such as buffing and waxing. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Requirements Prior experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills, especially in a resident-centered environment. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
