Nanny/Housekeeper Household Staffing Katonah, NY 10536 Location: Katonah, NY Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM or 11 AM-7 PM (flexibility required; 40 hours/week guaranteed) Compensation/Benefits: $30-$35/hour ($70-$75k annually) + healthcare stipend, 2 weeks of PTO, paid major holidays & sick days. Position is W-2, paid fully on the books Start Date: ASAP (somewhat flexible for the right fit) A warm, professional family in Katonah, NY is seeking a full-time Nanny/Housekeeper to support their two young boys and household as mom returns to work. Both parents are attorneys and currently work from home. After handling everything themselves since their longtime nanny moved on, they're now looking for a dedicated, experienced individual to step in as a true partner in the home. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving care for two 4.5 year old twin boys, who will be in school half days M-F. Maintain a structured and engaging daily routine Organize children's belongings, clothing, and toys Handle children's laundry and light household tidying Prep healthy, kid-friendly meals and snacks Research and plan local activities and outings Share updates and observations with mom and dad Travel and or stay overnight as needed when parents travel Help establish and maintain systems for household organization The Ideal Candidate: Has 5+ years of professional childcare experience Is proactive, collaborative, and communicative Balances structure and warmth, firm but loving with boundaries Is highly organized and skilled at planning ahead Is reliable, adaptable, and confident. Is comfortable with occasional overnights and flexible scheduling Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required) This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a right-hand to busy parents and thrives in a structured but warm home environment.
