Hourly Pay Range: $18.84 - $27.32 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Guest Services Representative - Per Diem Position Highlights: Position: Guest Services Representative II, Per Diem Location: Arlington Heights, IL Per Diem, as needed Hours: Sun-Sat 5am-8pm, Rotating weekend and holiday coverage as needed Required Travel: No What you will do: Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, serves as patient liaison in a positive, friendly, and responsive manner to all internal and external customers. Demonstrates warmth, caring and sensitivity toward all people in and entering Edward Elmhurst Health locations by practicing responsible communication and offering assistance to customers.
