Job Details Were seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable hospitality professional to join our leadership team as a Wine Buyer, Floor Sommelier, and Service Manager . This hybrid role is central to both our beverage program and our guest experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about natural wine, thrives in service, and brings a history of team leadership. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our wine program with a focus on natural, low-intervention wines

  • Oversee ordering, vendor relationships, cost tracking, and cellar management

  • Provide floor coverage as a working sommelier during service

  • Train staff on wine knowledge and service standards

  • Act as a service manager during shiftssupporting hosts, servers, and bar staff in delivering outstanding hospitality

  • Collaborate on menu pairings and beverage strategy

  • Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling front-of-house staff

What Were Looking For
  • Proven experience as a wine buyer or beverage manager with a focus on natural wines

  • Strong floor sommelier experience and a confident, warm guest presence

  • At least 2 years of leadership in a high-volume or high-standard restaurant environment

  • Solid understanding of service mechanics, FOH operations, and team dynamics

  • Excellent communication, follow-through, and organizational skills

  • NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate and/or wine certifications a plus

Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($70,000.00)
